সিলেটে পুলিশ হেফাজতে মারা যাওয়া রায়হান উদ্দিনের প্রথম দফার ময়নাতদন্ত রিপোর্ট পিবিআইকে হস্তান্তর করেছে ওসমানী মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালের ফরেনসিক বিভাগ। রিপোর্টে রায়হানের শরীরে ১১৩টি আঘাতের চিহ্ন পাওয়া গেছে। লাঠির আঘাতের কারণে চামড়া ছিলে যাওয়ার ১৪টি জখম পাওয়া গেছে। তার দুটি আঙুলের নখ উপড়ে ফেলাসহ পুরো শরীরে শুধু লাঠির আঘাত রয়েছে ১১১টি। নির্যাতনের সময় রায়হানের পাকস্থলীও খালি ছিল।

রবিবার (১৮ অক্টোবর) সকালে এ বিষয়ে ওসমানী মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালের ফরেনসিক বিভাগের সহকারী অধ্যাপক ডা. শামসুল ইসলাম বলেন, প্রথম দফার ময়নাতদন্ত রিপোর্ট ১৫ অক্টোবর পিবিআইয়ের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়েছে। রিপোর্টে রায়হানের শরীরে ১১৩টি আঘাতের চিহ্ন পাওয়া গেছে। এরমধ্যে শরীরের রয়েছে ১১১টি ও হাতের দুটি নখ উপড়ানোসহ মোট ১১৩টি আঘাতের চিহ্ন রয়েছে। লাঠি দিয়ে আঘাত করায় রায়হানের শরীরের রগগুলো মারাত্মভাবে জখম হওয়ায় ভেতরে রক্ত জমাট বেঁধে যায়।

তিনি বলেন, পুলিশ রায়হানের লাশের সুরতহাল যেভাবে তৈরি করেছে আঘাতগুলো উল্লেখ করে সেভাবে আমরাও পেয়েছি ময়নাতদন্তের সময়। তবে পুলিশ ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের কাছে পুনরায় ময়নাতদন্তের আবেদন করায় লাশ তুলে আবার ময়নাতদন্ত করা হয়। শেষের ময়নাতদন্তে তেমন কিছু মিলবে না। কারণ লাশটি পচে গেছে। তবুও আমরা বিষয়টি দেখছি।

তিনি আরও বলেন, একের পর এক লাঠির আঘাতের কারণেই রায়হানের পুরো শরীর ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়। প্রতিটি আঘাত ছিল খুবই গুরুতর। অতিরিক্ত আঘাতের কারণে রায়হানের হৃদযন্ত্র রক্ত পায়নি। সেজন্য তার মৃত্যু হয়। লাঠির আঘাতের কারণে হাইপোভলিউমিক শক ও নিউরোজেনিক শকে মস্তিষ্ক, হৃৎপিণ্ড, ফুসফুস, কিডনিসহ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অঙ্গগুলো কর্মক্ষমতা হারায়। আঘাতের সময় রায়হানের পাকস্থলী একেবারেই খালি ছিল। সেখানে ছিল শুধু এসিডিটি লিকুইড।
