আন্তর্জাতিক ডেস্ক : সীমান্তে এখনও ভারত–চীন সম্পর্ক উত্তপ্ত অবস্থায় রয়েছে। পরিস্থিতি ভাল হওয়ার পরিবর্তে দিন দিন আরও অবনতির দিকে যাচ্ছে। এতে বিপাকে পড়েছে চীনা বন্দরে আটকে পড়া দুই ভারতীয় জাহাজের ৩৯ জন নাবিক।
ইতিমধ্যে বিষয়টি নয়াদিল্লির নজরে এসেছে। তারা যোগাযোগ করেছে বেইজিংয়ে অবস্থিত ভারতীয় দূতাবাসের সঙ্গে।
নয়াদিল্লির অভিযোগ, সীমান্তে উত্তপ্ত পরিস্থিতিরই সুযোগ নিচ্ছে চীন। সেজন্যই ওই দু’টি জাহাজের মাল খালাসের অনুমতিও দেওয়া হচ্ছে না। আবার বন্দর ছাড়ার অনুমতিও দেওয়া হচ্ছে না। তবে বেইজিং এই অভিযোগ অস্বীকার করে জানিয়েছে, কোভিড সংক্রান্ত বিধির জন্যই এমনটা হচ্ছে। এর সঙ্গে সীমান্ত সমস্যার কোনো সম্পর্ক নেই।
জানা গেছে, অস্ট্রেলিয়া থেকে কয়লা নিয়ে আসছিল দু’টি ভারতীয় জাহাজ এমভি জগ আনন্দ এবং এমভি আনাস্তাশিয়া। এর মধ্যে জগ আনন্দ ১৩ জুন থেকে চীনের হেবেই প্রদেশের জিংট্যাং বন্দরে নোঙর করে আছে। তাতে রয়েছেন ২৩ জন যাত্রী।
অন্যদিকে, আনাস্তেশিয়া ২০ সেপ্টেম্বর কাওফেইডিয়ান বন্দরে নোঙর করে। সেই থেকে দু’টি জাহাজই মাল খালাসের অপেক্ষায় বন্দরে ঠায় দাঁড়িয়ে। চীনের তরফে পণ্য খালাসের অনুমতি দেওয়া হচ্ছে না। বন্দরের ভাড়া গুনতে হচ্ছে। সঙ্গে কমতে শুরু করেছে ওষুধ ও খাদ্যপণ্যের ভাণ্ডার। আবার যোগাযোগ করে বন্দর ছাড়ার অনুমতি চাওয়া হলেও তা দেওয়া হয়নি।
এই প্রসঙ্গে ভারত সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ের মুখপাত্র অনুরাগ শ্রীবাস্তব বলেন, বর্তমানে খুবই খারাপ পরিস্থিতিতে রয়েছেন ওই দুই জাহাজের নাবিকেরা। বেইজিংয়ে অবস্থিত ভারতীয় দূতাবাস লাগাতার চীন সরকারের সঙ্গে আলোচনা চালাচ্ছে। তাদের কাছে বারবার আবেদনও করা হচ্ছে, জাহাজ দু’টিকে মাল খালাসের অনুমতি দেওয়া হোক। তা না হলেও অন্তত যাতে ক্রু মেম্বারদের বদল করতে দেওয়া হয়।
নয়াদিল্লির অভিযোগ, সীমান্তে উত্তপ্ত পরিস্থিতির জন্যই চীন এভাবে ওই জাহাজ দুটিকে আটকে রেখেছে।
এদিকে, বেইজিং আবার নয়াদিল্লির এই অভিযোগ উড়িয়ে দিয়েছে। তারা জানিয়েছে, কোয়ারেন্টাইন সংক্রান্ত নিয়মের জন্যই ওই জাহাজ দু’টি আটকে রাখা রয়েছে। এর সঙ্গে সীমান্তে উত্তেজনার কোনো সম্পর্ক নেই।
