জেলা প্রতিনিধি, কুষ্টিয়া : কুষ্টিয়ায় গ্রামের বাড়িতে দাদা-দাদির কবরের পাশে শায়িত হলো রাজধানীর কলাবাগানে বন্ধুর বাসায় গিয়ে বিকৃত যৌনাচারের ফলে অধিক রক্তক্ষরণে মারা যাওয়া সেই স্কুলছাত্রী। শনিবার (৯ জানুয়ারি) সকালে কুষ্টিয়া সদর উপজেলার কমলাপুরের গোপালপুর কবরস্থানে তাকে দাফন করা হয়।
এর আগে সকাল ৭টা ৫ মিনিটে গোপালপুর ঈদগাহ মাঠে তার জানাজা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।
শুক্রবার (৮ জানুয়ারি) রাত ১টার দিকে ওই স্কুলছাত্রীর লাশ ঢাকা থেকে নিজ বাড়িতে আসে। ভোর থেকেই শত শত মানুষ তাকে শেষবার দেখতে ভিড় করেন।
লাশ আসার পর নিকটতম আত্মীয়-স্বজনরা কান্নায় ভেঙে পড়েন। বারবার মুর্ছা যাচ্ছিলেন বাবা আল আমিন আহম্মেদ। পুরো এলাকায় শোকের ছায়া নেমে আসে।
জানাজাতেই অংশ নিয়ে মানুষ এই হত্যার তীব্র নিন্দা ও প্রতিবাদ জানান। দাফন শেষে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে হত্যাকারীর দ্রুত দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি ফাসিঁর দাবিতে মানববন্ধন করে এলাকাবাসী। কমলাপুর বাজারে সড়কের দুই পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে শত শত মানুষ এই মানববন্ধনে অংশ নেয়।
মানববন্ধনে স্কুলছাত্রীর বাবা আল আমিন আহম্মেদ, ছোটভাই নিভানসহ আত্মীয় স্বজনরাও উপস্থিত ছিলেন। সবাই এই হত্যার দ্রুত দৃষ্টান্তমূলক শাস্তি দাবি করেন। এমন ঘটনা যেন আর কারোর সঙ্গে না ঘটে সেজন্য তারা প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করেন। এছাড়া মামলায় ও সুরতহাল রিপোর্টে ওই স্কুলছাত্রীর বয়স দুই বছর বাড়ানো হয়েছে দাবি করে এর প্রতিবাদও জানান তারা।
প্রসঙ্গত, ওই স্কুলছাত্রী তার তিন ভাইবোন ও বাবা মা ধানমন্ডিতে থাকত। সে মাস্টারমাইন্ড স্কুলে ‘ও’ লেভেলের শিক্ষার্থী ছিল। গত ৭ জানুয়ারি দুপুর ১২টার দিকে তাকে প্রেমে প্রলুব্ধ করে ধর্ষণের উদ্দেশ্যে কৌশলে বাসায় নিয়ে যায় তার বন্ধু তানভীর ইফতেফার দিহান। সেখানে বিকৃত যৌনাচারে তার রক্ষক্ষরণ হলে হাসপাতালে নেন দিহান। হাসপাতালে তার মৃত্যু হয়।
এ ঘটনায় তানভীর ইফতেফার দিহানকে (১৮) একমাত্র আসামি করে কলাবাগান থানায় মামলা করেন নিহতের বাবা আল আমিন আহম্মেদ। কলাবাগান থানা পুলিশ দিহানকে গ্রেফতার করেছে। ১০ দিনের রিমান্ড চেয়ে তাকে আদালতে পাঠিয়েছে পুলিশ।
মামলার তদন্তকারী কর্মকর্তা কলাবাগান থানার পুলিশ পরিদর্শক আ ফ ম আসাদুজ্জামান প্রতিবেদনে উল্লেখ করেন, ৭ জানুয়ারি দুপুর ১২ টার দিকে ভিকটিমকে প্রেমে প্রলুব্ধ করে ধর্ষণের উদ্দেশ্যে কৌশলে বাসায় নিয়ে যায়। এরপর আসামি নিজের ফাঁকা বাসায় ভিকটিমকে একা পেয়ে তার ইচ্ছার বিরুদ্ধে জোরপূর্বক একাধিকবার ধর্ষণ করে। ভিকটিমকে ধর্ষণের সময় আসামির অমানবিক কার্যকলাপের কারণে ভিকটিমের যৌনাঙ্গ ফেটে গিয়ে প্রচুর পরিমাণ রক্তক্ষরণ হয়। ভিকটিম অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়লে ঘটনাটি অন্যদিকে প্রবাহিত করার জন্য তাকে আনোয়ার খান মডার্ণ মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যায়। সেখানেই সে মারা যায়। প্রাথমিক তদন্তে বিষয়টি সত্য বলে প্রতিয়মান হয়। এছাড়া আসামি মামলার ঘটনার সাথে জড়িত থাকার কথা স্বীকার করেন।
জবানবন্দি রেকর্ড করার পর ঢাকা মহানগর হাকিম মামুনুর রশীদ মামলার এজাহার গ্রহণ করে প্রতিবেদন দাখিলের জন্য ২৬ জানুয়ারি দিন ধার্য করেন।
এর আগে শুক্রবার (৮ জানুয়ারি) বিকেলে ঢাকা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতালের ফরেনসিক বিভাগের প্রধান ডা. সোহেল মাহমুদের নেতৃত্বে ওই স্কুলছাত্রীর মরদেহের ময়নাতদন্ত সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।
ময়নাতদন্ত শেষে ডা. সোহেল মাহমুদ জানিয়েছেন, ‘ধর্ষণের আলামত পাওয়া গেছে। ধর্ষণের ফলে যৌন ও পায়ু পথে অতিরিক্ত রক্তক্ষরণেই তার মৃত্যু হয়েছে। এছাড়াও ডিএনএ প্রোফাইলিংয়ের জন্য নমুনা সংগ্রহ করা হয়েছে। মৃত্যুর পূর্বে চেতনানাশক কিছু খাওয়ানো হয়েছে কিনা, তার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় নমুনা সংগ্রহ করে কেমিক্যাল পরীক্ষায় পাঠানো হয়েছে। এসব রিপোর্ট পাওয়ার পর মৃত্যুর প্রকৃত কারণ বলা যাবে।’
বৃহস্পতিবার (৭ জানুয়ারি) রাতেই ওই স্কুলছাত্রীকে (১৭) ধর্ষণের পর হত্যার ঘটনায় তার ‘বন্ধু’ তানভীর ইফতেফার দিহানকে (১৮) একমাত্র আসামি করে কলাবাগান থানায় মামলা করেন নিহতের বাবা আলামিন।
কলাবাগান থানার পুলিশ পরিদর্শক আ ফ ম আসাদুজ্জামান বলেন, গত রাতে তানভীর ইফতেফার দিহানকে (১৮) আসামি করে ছাত্রীর বাবা ধর্ষণ ও হত্যার অভিযোগে মামলা করেছেন। মামলাটির তদন্ত চলছে। এ ঘটনায় আরও কেউ জড়িত আছে কিনা, তা খতিয়ে দেখা হচ্ছে।
পুলিশ জানিয়েছে, বৃহস্পতিবার (৭ জানুয়ারি) দুপুরে ধানমন্ডির আনোয়ার খান মডার্ণ মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতাল কর্তৃপক্ষ কলাবাগান থানায় ফোন করে জানায়, এক কিশোরীকে হাসপাতালে মৃত অবস্থায় এনেছেন এক তরুণ। কিশোরীর শরীর থেকে রক্ত ঝরছে। খবর পেয়ে নিউমার্কেট অঞ্চল পুলিশের জ্যেষ্ঠ সহকারী কমিশনার (এসি) আবুল হাসান ওই তরুণকে আটকে রাখার জন্য হাসপাতাল কর্তৃপক্ষকে অনুরোধ করেন।
এরপর কলাবাগান থানার পুলিশ হাসপাতালে গিয়ে ওই তরুণকে আটক করে। খবর পেয়ে তিন বন্ধু হাসপাতালে গেলে পুলিশ তাদেরকেও আটক করে। পরে চারজনকে কলাবাগান থানায় নিয়ে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করা হয়। পুলিশ পরে ওই ছাত্রীর মরদেহের সুরতহাল প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করে ময়নাতদন্তের জন্য ঢাকা মেডিকেল কলেজ হাসপাতাল মর্গে পাঠায়।
