স্পোর্টস ডেস্ক : সিডনি টেস্টে ভারতীয় ক্রিকেটারদের প্রতি দর্শকদের বর্ণবাদী আচরণের যে অভিযোগ উঠেছে, তার নিন্দা জানিয়েছেন ইরফান পাঠান। ক্ষুব্ধ হয়ে ভারতের সাবেক এই পেসার ওইসব দর্শকদের উদ্দেশে বললেন, ক্রিকেটারদের সম্মান না করতে পারলে মাঠে আসার প্রয়োজন নেই।
নিউ ইয়ার টেস্টে পরপর দুইদিন ভারতের ক্রিকেটারদের উদ্দেশে দর্শকদের এমন আচরণের অভিযোগ উঠেছে। তৃতীয় দিন শনিবার সিরাজ ও জাসপ্রিত বুমরাহসহ আরও কয়েকজন হয়েছিলেন বর্ণবাদের শিকার। ভারতীয় টিম ম্যানেজমেন্ট পরে অফিসিয়ালদের বিষয়টি জানান।
পরদিন খেলা চলাকালীন সরাসরি অভিযোগ করেন সিরাজ। পরে অন-ফিল্ড আম্পায়ার পল রাইফেল, পল উইলসন এবং নিরাপত্তাকর্মী ও পুলিশের হস্তক্ষেপে সন্দেহজনক কয়েকজন দর্শককে স্টেডিয়াম থেকে বের করে দেওয়া হয়।

অস্ট্রেলিয়ায় সতীর্থদের সঙ্গে এমন আচরণ মানতে পারছেন প্রথম টেস্ট খেলে দেশে ফিরে আসা নিয়মিত অধিনায়ক বিরাট কোহলি। টুইট বার্তায় উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার দাবি জানান তিনি।
ক্রিকেট অস্ট্রেলিয়া এরই মধ্যে বিবৃতি দিয়ে জানিয়েছে, নিউ সাউথ ওয়েলস পুলিশের পাশাপাশি তারাও পুরো বিষয়টি তদন্ত করছে। ভারতীয় দলের কাছে ক্ষমাও চেয়েছে তারা।

১-১ সমতায় থাকা সিরিজে এগিয়ে যেতে সিডনি টেস্টে লড়াই করছে ভারত-অস্ট্রেলিয়া। ম্যাচ জিততে পঞ্চম ও শেষ দিনে স্বাগতিকদের চাই ৮ উইকেট, সফরকারীদের ৩০৯ রান।
