কঠোর লকডাউনে জরুরিসেবা ছাড়া বন্ধ থাকবে সবকিছু। তবে অর্থবছর শেষ হওয়ায় আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান এবং জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ড ও হিসাব সংক্রান্ত কিছু অফিস সীমিত পরিসরে খোলা রাখা হবে।
করোনা সংক্রমণ রোধে আগামী সোমবার (২৮ জুন) থেকে কঠোর লকডাউন ঘোষণা দিয়ে তা বাস্তবায়নেও কঠোরতা দেখাবে সরকার।
জনপ্রশাসন প্রতিমন্ত্রী ফরহাদ হোসেন বলেন, সংক্রমণ রোধে এক সপ্তাহের জন্য কঠোর লকডাউন দেওয়া হয়েছে। কঠোর লকডাউনে সব সরকারি-বেসরকারি অফিস ও গণপরিবহন বন্ধ থাকবে।
তবে অর্থবছর শেষ হওয়ায় কিছু অফিস খোলা থাকবে জানিয়ে জনপ্রশাসন প্রতিমন্ত্রী বলেন, আমাদের অর্থবছর শেষ হচ্ছে। অ্যাকাউন্ট সেকশন, এনবিআর রিলেটেড অফিসগুলো সীমিত পরিসরে খোলা থাকবে।
পাশাপাশি জরুরি সেবায় কিছু মন্ত্রণালয় ও বিভাগের কিছু শাখায় কার্যক্রম চলবে বলে জানা গেছে।
কোভিড-১৯ সংক্রমণ রোধকল্পে আগামী সোমবার থেকে সাত দিন সারাদেশে কঠোর লকডাউন পালন করা হবে। এ সময় জরুরি পরিষেবা ছাড়া সব সরকারি-বেসরকারি অফিস বন্ধ থাকবে। জরুরি পণ্যবাহী ব্যতীত সব প্রকার যানবাহন চলাচল বন্ধ থাকবে। অ্যাম্বুলেন্স ও চিকিৎসা সংক্রান্ত কাজে যানবাহন শুধু চলাচল করতে পারবে। জরুরি কারণ ছাড়া বাড়ির বাইরে কেউ বের হতে পারবেন না। গণমাধ্যম এর আওতা বহির্ভূত থাকবে।
এ বিষয়ে আরও বিস্তারিত আদেশ শনিবার (২৬ জুন) মন্ত্রিপরিষদ বিভাগ থেকে জারি করা হবে।
