ট্রেনের টিকিট পেতে বিড়ম্বনা

চলমান বিধিনিষেধ শিথিল হওয়ায় আগামী বুধবার (১১ আগস্ট) থেকে ঢাকাসহ সারা দেশে যাত্রীবাহী ট্রেন চলাচল শুরু হচ্ছে। আর সেটা সামনে রেখে আজ (সোমবার) সকাল ৮টা থেকে ট্রেনের টিকিট বিক্রি শুরু হওয়ার কথা থাকলেও তাতে বিড়ম্বনায় পড়েন যাত্রীরা।

আগের ঘোষণা অনুযায়ী, সকাল ৮টা থেকে টিকিট বিক্রি শুরু হওয়ার কথা ছিল রাজধানীসহ দেশের বিভিন্ন রেলস্টেশনে। বাংলাদেশ রেলওয়ে সূত্র আগেই জানিয়ে দেয়, কাউন্টারে ৫০% ও অনলাইন ও অ্যাপে বাকি ৫০% টিকিট বিক্রি করা হবে।

সকাল থেকে অনেকে অনলাইনে চেষ্টা করেও সার্ভারে সমস্যার কারণে টিকিট কাটতে পারছেন না বলে অভিযোগ পাওয়া গেছে। আবার কমলাপুর রেলস্টেশনের কাউন্টারে লাইনে যারা দাঁড়িয়ে আছেন তাদেরও টিকিট দেওয়া হচ্ছে না।

কাউন্টারে টিকিটের জন্য লাইনে দাঁড়ানো থাকা ফাইজুল ইসলাম নামে একজন বলেন, সার্ভার জটিলতার কারণে টিকিট দিচ্ছে না। ওয়েবসাইট ও মোবাইল অ্যাপে প্রবেশের পর অনেক টিকিট প্রত্যাশী দেখতে পাচ্ছেন- ‘নো ট্রেন ফাউন্ড।’

বাংলাদেশ রেলওয়ের অতিরিক্ত মহাপরিচালক (অপারেশন) সরদার শাহাদাত আলী বলেছেন, বিপুল সংখ্যক টিকিটের চাহিদার বিপরীতে সবসময়ই টিকিট কম থাকে। এ কারণে নিয়মকানুন জেনে ও ধৈর্য্য সহকারে টিকিট সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
