ছাত্রলীগ নেতার বিয়ের ‌কাবিননামা নিয়ে তোলপাড়

অনুসন্ধান নিউজ ডেস্ক : ক্ষমতাসীন দলের ছাত্র সংগঠনের বিতর্ক যেন শেষ হচ্ছে না। সম্প্রতি বিতর্কের মুখে শেরপুর জেলা ছাত্রলীগের কমিটির সাংগঠনিক কার্যক্রম স্থগিত করেছে কেন্দ্রীয় ছাত্রলীগ। এবার একই জেলার নালিতাবাড়ী উপজেলা ছাত্রলীগ সভাপতি রাজিবুল ইসলাম রাজিবের বিয়ের কাবিননামা নিয়ে নতুন বিতর্ক শুরু হয়েছে।

জানা গেছে, ২০১৭ সালের ১২ জুলাই নালিতাবাড়ী উপজেলা ছাত্রলীগের কমিটি ঘোষণা করে বাংলাদেশ ছাত্রলীগের কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটি। কমিটিতে রাজিবুল ইসলাম রাজিবকে সভাপতি এবং এএসএম কিবরিয়া সাজুকে সাধারণ সম্পাদক করা হয়। তবে এক বছর মেয়াদের এ কমিটি এখনও পূর্ণাঙ্গ হয়নি।

স্থানীয় সূত্রে জানা গেছে, গত দশ মাসে সাংগঠনিকভাবে কোন তৎপরতা দেখা যায়নি। তার প্রধান কারণ, সভাপতি রাজিব সংসদীয় আসনটিতে আওয়ামী লীগের বিদ্রোহী প্রার্থী কৃষিবিদ বদিউজ্জামান বাদশা সমর্থিত। অন্যদিকে সাধারণ সম্পাদক এএসএম কিবরিয়া সাজু বর্তমান এমপি ও কৃষিমন্ত্রী মতিয়া চৌধুরীর সমর্থিত। ফলে তাদের মধ্যে সমন্বয়হীনতা রয়েছে।

এদিকে উপজেলার ছাত্রলীগ সভাপতি রাজিবুল ইসলাম রাজিবের বিয়ের কাবিননামা ফাঁস হওয়ার নতুন করে তোলপাড় শুরু হয়েছে। সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম থেকে শুরু করে স্থানীয় ও কেন্দ্রীয় ছাত্রলীগ নেতাকর্মীদের মাঝেও বিষয়টি বেশ সমালোচনা চলছে।

সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে ফাঁস হওয়া কাবিননামা অনুযায়ী, দশ লাখ টাকা দেনমোহরে বিয়ে করেছেন রাজিবুল ইসলাম রাজিব। ২০১২ সালের ১২ জুলাই রাজধানীর মধ্য বাড্ডায় কাজী মোহাম্মদ সালাহ উদ্দিনের কার্যালয়ে এ বিয়ে সম্পন্ন হয়।

এ বিষয়ে নালিতাবাড়ী উপজেলা আওয়ামী লীগের সাধারণ সম্পাদক মো. ফজলুল হকের কাছে জানতে চাইলে বলেন, ‘হ্যাঁ, রাজিব বিয়ে করেছে আমরা জানি। বর্তমানে যে কাবিননামা দেখেছেন তা ঠিক। বউ বাড়িতে না আনলেও এলাকার সবাই জানে সে ঢাকায় বিয়ে করেছে। এছাড়া রাজিবের বিরুদ্ধে এসপি সার্কেলের অফিস ভাঙার অভিযোগে একটি মামলাও রয়েছে। মামলাটি এখনও বিচারাধীন।’

তবে উপজেলার ছাত্রলীগ সভাপতি রাজিবুল ইসলাম রাজিব বিয়ের বিষয়টি অস্বীকার করেছেন। একই সঙ্গে সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে ভাইরাল হওয়া কাবিননামাও বানোয়াট বলে দাবি করেন।

তিনি বলেন, ‘এলাকায় আমার বিরুদ্ধে আগে থেকেই শত্রুতা করা হচ্ছে। এটা সম্পূর্ণ ভুয়া, বানোয়াট এবং প্রতিপক্ষ আমার বিরুদ্ধে ষড়যন্ত্র করছে। মতিয়া আপার (কৃষিমন্ত্রী মতিয়া চৌধুরী) সমর্থিত লোকেরা এসব কাজ করছেন।’

সিনিয়র নেতাদের কারণে নালিতাবাড়ীর আওয়ামী লীগের রাজনীতি বিভক্ত হয়েছে বলেও মন্তব্য করেন তিনি। বলেন, ‘এলাকার সিনিয়র নেতাদের দ্বন্দ্বের কারণে কোন সাংগঠনিক কাজ করা যায়নি।’

বিয়ের বিষয়ে উপজেলা আওয়ামী লীগের সাধারণ সম্পাদক মো. ফজলুল হকের বক্তব্যের বিষয়ে জানতে চাইলে তিনি বলেন, ‘এটা ঈর্শান্বিত হয়ে বলতে পারেন। সাংগঠনিকভাবে তেমন কাজ না করতে পারলেও এলাকায় আমার অনেক কাজ করা হয়েছে। আমি একটি বিষয় চ্যালেঞ্জ করে বলতে পারি বর্তমানে প্রতিটি ইউনিয়নে কমিটি দিতে পারব, এটা তো আর এমনি এমনি হয়নি।’
