গরমে রোজা হওয়ার কারণে অনেকেই অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়ছেন। এ সময় পানিশূন্যতার কারণে শরীর হয়ে পড়ে ক্লান্ত ও অসুস্থ। অনেকের আবার রোজায় মাথাব্যথা বেড়ে যায়। বিশেষ করে ইফতারের পর মাথাব্যথা হয় অনেকের।
এ সময়ে সবার খাদ্যাভ্যাস, ঘুমসহ প্রায় সবকিছুতেই পরিবর্তন আসে। ফলে রক্তচাপের তারতম্য, পানিশূন্যতা, গ্যাসের সমস্যা এবং সবচেয়ে বেশি মাথাব্যথা দেখা দেয়। রোজায় মাথাব্যথা হওয়ার বেশ কয়েকটি কারণ আছে। জেনে নিন সেগুলো-
>> রোজায় খাবারের মাঝে দীর্ঘ বিরতি থাকে। ফলে দেহে ক্যালোরির ঘাটতি দেখা দেয়। এর ফলে মাথাব্যথা ও ক্লান্তিবোধ দেখা দেয়।
>> আবার সারাদিন ক্ষুধার্ত অবস্থায় ইফতারে দ্রুত খেলেও মাথাব্যথা হয়। এর ফলে রক্তে শর্করার মাত্রা হঠাৎ বেড়ে যায়। এরে ফলে মস্তিষ্কে রক্ত চলাচলের মাত্রা বাড়ে এবং মাথাব্যথার সৃষ্টি হয়।
>> রোজায় যেহেতু ঘুমচক্রেও পরিবর্তন আসে, তাই পর্যাপ্ত ঘুমের অভাবে মাথাব্যথা হতে পারে। অনেকেই একবারে সাহরি শেষ করে ঘুমাতে যান ও সকালে ওঠেন। আবার অনেকেই সাহরিতে উঠলে পরে আর ঘুমাতে পারেন না। ঘুমের অভাবে মাথাব্যথা হওয়াটা স্বাভাবিক।
>> রোজায় সাহরি করার গুরুত্ব অনেক। রাতের খাবার খেয়েই অনেকে রোজা রাখেন। পরিমিত খাবার না খেলে দেহে পর্যাপ্ত পুষ্টি ও ক্যালোরির ঘাটতি পূরণ হয় না। এর ফলে মাথাব্যথা হতে পারে।
সাধারণত এসব কারণেই রোজায় মাথাব্যথা সৃষ্টি হয়ে থাকে। এজন্য রোজায় সুস্থ থাকতে যেসব বিষয় মানা জরুরি-
>> সাহরি এড়িয়ে যাবেন না। পুষ্টিকর খাবার সাহরিতে খেতে হবে। তাহলে সারাদিন শরীরেএনার্জি থাকবে।
>> রোজায় পুষ্টিকর এবং আঁশসমৃদ্ধ খাবারের বিকল্প নেই। এতে হজম ধীর হবে ও পুষ্টি সরবরাহ করবে।
>> গরমে রোজা হওয়ার কারণে শরীর পানিশূন্য হতে পারে। তাই ইফতার থেকে সাহরি পর্যন্ত রসালো ফল ও পর্যাপ্ত পানি পানের চেষ্টা করুন।
>> দেহঘড়ি ঠিক রাখতে এ সময় ঘুমের প্রয়োজন। তাই প্রতিদিন ৭-৮ ঘণ্টা ঘুমাতেই হবে।
>> গরমে রোজা রেখে পরিশ্রম, রোদে যাবেন না। এর ফলে শরীরে অতিরিক্ত ঘাম হবে ও আপনি দুর্বল হয়ে পরবেন।
>> অনেকে মাথাব্যথা কমাতে ইফতারের পরপরই চা, কফি গ্রহণ করেন। এর ফলে শরীর হয়ে পড়ে পানিশূন্য।
