পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সংসদ সদস্য ও অভিনেত্রী মিমি চক্রবর্তী সম্প্রতি ‘খেলা যখন’ সিনেমার শুটিং শুরু করেছেন। সিনেমার প্রধান চরিত্রে অভিনয় করছেন তিনি।
অরিন্দম শীল পরিচালিত এ সিনেমার শুটিং শেষে ঘটলো বিপত্তি। শুটিংয়ের সময়ে থাকা হোটেলে বিল পরিশোধ না করায় টিমের তিন সদস্যকে আটকে রাখেন হোটেল কর্তৃপক্ষ।
ভারতীয় সংবাদমাধ্যমের খবরে জানা যায়, কলকাতার পর ‘খেলা যখন’-এর শুটিং করা হয় ওড়িশায়। সিনেমাটির বেশিরভাগ অংশের দৃশ্যের শুটিং করা হয়েছে সেখানে। শুটিং শেষে ফেরার পথে বাঁধে বিপত্তি। সিনেমার টিমের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ তারা নাকি হোটেলে তিন লাখ টাকা বকেয়া রেখেছেন।
আরও জানা যায়, ওড়িশার বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলের ৭টি হোটেলের বিল বকেয়া রয়েছে সিনেমাটির টিমের। হোটেল কর্তৃপক্ষের ভাষ্য অনুযায়ী কোনও হোটেলে ১ লাখ আবার কোনও হোটেলে ১০ হাজার কিংবা ৭ হাজার টাকা করেও বিল বকেয়া রয়েছে। এ কারণেই টিমের ডিওপি আর দুই অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্টকে আটক করে হোটেল কর্তৃপক্ষ।
তাদের দাবি, বকেয়া টাকা না পরিশোধ হলে ছাড়া হবে না ‘খেলা যখন’ টিমের সদস্যদের। তবে শুটিং শেষ করে মিমি-অরিন্দম ও অন্যরা কলকাতায় ফিরেছেন।
এ বিষয়ে সিনেমাটির প্রযোজনা সংস্থা জানিয়েছে, বকেয়া টাকার ৮০ শতাংশ মেটানো হয়েছে। তবে বাকি টাকা বিলগুলো রি-চেক করছিল প্রযোজনা সংস্থার কর্মীরা। এ জন্যই দু’দিন সময় চাওয়া হয়। কিন্তু কোনও কারণে ভুল বোঝাবুঝির জন্য ইউনিটের তিন সদস্যকে আটকে রাখেন তারা। বকেয়া টাকা পরিশোধ করে তাদের ফেরানোর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে।
করোনার বিধিনিষেধ উঠে যাওয়ার পরেই নির্মাতা অরিন্দম শীল ‘খেলা যখন’ সিনেমার শুটিং শুরু করেন। এখানে মিমি চক্রবর্তী ছাড়াও আরও অভিনয় করছেন অর্জুন চক্রবর্তী, সুস্মিতা চট্টোপাধ্যায়সহ অনেকে।
