স্পষ্ট উত্তর না দিলেও সলশেয়ার জানিয়ে দিয়েছেন তিনিই যা বলবেন সেটাই কার্যকর করা হবে মাঠে।
‘তাদের বলা হয়েছে ম্যাচ শুরুর আগে আমরা এর সমাধান বের করে আনবো। যেখানে আমার সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত হবে। যাকে পেনাল্টি নিতে বলা হবে তিনিই নেবেন।
আমার দলে ক্রিশ্চিয়ানো, ব্রুনো, মার্কাসের (রাশফোর্ড) মতো খেলোয়াড়রা রয়েছেন। যাদের কাছ থেকে পেনাল্টিতে গোল আসা করা যায়।
ঐতিহ্যবাহী দলটির কোচ জানিয়েছেন ব্যক্তি অর্জন নয় দলের জয়কেই মূলত প্রাধান্য দেয়া হবে।
‘এটা নিয়ে কোনও সমস্যা তৈরি হবে না। আমরা এখানে উপস্থিত হয়েছি জয়ের জন্য। আমার অথবা তোমার ব্যক্তিগত অর্জনের জন্য নয়। এখানে সব কিছুই দলের জন্য। আর সব সিদ্ধান্ত আমিই নেবো।’
